I may be wrong, but I believe it was Ralph McGill, editor of the 1950's and 1960's Atlanta Constitution and one of an interminable line of "moderate" white southerners who said that Atlanta was "too busy to hate". It was the best boosterism and sloganeering in the "New South". | |||||||||||||||
